Construction Notification Form (CNF):
The client for whom construction works are to be carried out is to appoint a Project Supervisor as per Article 3(1) of LN 88 of 2018 (S.L. 646.25). The Project Supervisor is duly bound to send a notification to the Occupational Health and Safety Authority (OHSA) as per Article 5 of same legislation when work is scheduled to last longer than 30 working days, and on which more than 20 workers are occupied simultaneously, or on which the volume of work is scheduled to exceed five hundred person-days.
