Construction Notification Form (CNF):
The Project Supervisor of construction sites (i) where works are scheduled to last longer than 30 working days, and on which more than 20 workers are occupied simultaneously, or (ii) on which the volume of work is scheduled to exceed five hundred person-days, shall send a notification of works to OHSA at least 4 weeks before work starts (S.L. 424.36, Regulation 5 (3)).
