Code of Ethics

The Code of Ethics serves as the Authority’s guiding framework for ethical behaviour and sound decision-making in all professional interactions. Its primary aim is to set out clear principles, encourage the adoption of best practices, and ensure the highest standards of integrity, accountability, and professionalism. This Code applies to all OHSA employees and defines the expectations for conduct across the organisation. It acts as an ethical benchmark, outlining the standards that should shape behaviour and decision-making in relationships with supervisors, peers, and team members.
