Special Compromise Decisions

In terms of  Art 27(1) et seq, of the Health and Safety at Work Chapter 646 the Authority is enpowered to enter into a Special Compromise Procedure, for  any breaches against the Health and Safety legislation.

  • In terms of Art 28(1) OHSA shall publish a list of determined special compromise cases for a period of six months.
