Adapting Work Practice to the Worker
This course is designed to raise awareness on best practices related to workplace ergonomics. It does not replace an employer’s legal obligation to provide formal training to employees under the Health and Safety at Work Act – Act XXXIII of 2024.
Course Objectives:
- Understand the concept of ideal human posture.
- Recognise and comprehend the risks associated with poor posture.
- Learn to perform office work in a safe and ergonomically sound manner.
- Become familiar with S.L. 646.10 – Protection Against Risks of Back Injury at Work Places Regulations.
Course duration: 4 hours.
